My money on PayPal is on hold

How can I get my money on PayPal that is on hold I changed webmoney to PayPal but the money is on hold how can I get since its now 2 day gone still on hold

Unfortunately, we can't help you. If PayPal required confirmation from us, the CONFIRM button would appear on your transaction in our account. By clicking this button, we would confirm the transaction. But this button is not there.
