Error in converting WMZ to PAYPAL USD

Respected Sir/Madam,

When I am entering everything and clicking on SEND REQUEST nothing is happening, but at the place where I am putting the value of WMZ it is blinking in red light for some moments.

Please suggest and do the needful as soon as possible.
